Who we are and what this notice covers

Selliqa is the trading name responsible for this website and the personal information described in this notice. This notice applies to visitors, prospective business clients, and people who contact us through the Growth Audit form or by email.

It does not replace a privacy term contained in a signed client, employment, contractor, or supplier agreement. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@selliqa.com.

Information we collect

Information you provide

The Growth Audit form may collect your name, work email, phone number, company or brand, your role or relationship to that company or brand, marketplace or region, monthly Amazon revenue range, growth challenge, service interests, website or Amazon listing URL, and any additional context you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

We may process the page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, a submission identifier, and short-lived security information used to prevent abuse. If you consent to analytics and the relevant services are configured, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may collect device, browser, approximate location, page-view, interaction, and session information. Form input text is not intentionally sent to analytics providers.

Why we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and take steps requested before a possible engagement.
  • To evaluate fit, prepare a Growth Audit, and communicate about requested services.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • To measure website performance when you have consented to optional analytics.
  • To comply with law, establish legal claims, and protect people and systems.

Legal bases

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract for inquiry handling, legitimate interests for B2B communication, security and service improvement, consent for optional analytics, and legal obligations where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

How information is shared

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the site and respond to you. Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, email and lead-delivery providers, professional advisers, and authorities where law requires it. Google and Microsoft receive analytics information only after consent and when configured.

We do not knowingly sell personal information or use this website’s analytics for targeted advertising. If our business or assets are reorganized, relevant information may transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

International transfers

Selliqa serves businesses internationally, and service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where transfer rules apply, we use the provider’s applicable contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism and assess supplementary protections where appropriate.

How long we retain information

Prospect inquiry information that does not become an active client relationship is normally deleted or anonymized within 24 months of the last meaningful interaction. Security and rate-limiting information is kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse. Consent choices are stored for up to six months.

If an engagement begins, relevant records are retained under the applicable client agreement and for legal, accounting, dispute, and compliance periods. We may retain a limited suppression record when needed to honor an objection or opt-out.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Applicable US state laws may also provide rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain uses.

Send requests to support@selliqa.com. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. This website does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Security

We use proportionate measures intended to protect information, including access controls, transport encryption, validation, abuse prevention, and limiting collection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or credential information through the inquiry form.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can assess and delete it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Contact support@selliqa.com with any privacy question or request.
