Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern access to and use of the Selliqa website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. The site is intended for business users who are at least 18 and legally capable of entering contracts.

Website purpose and engagements

The site provides general information about Amazon strategy, management, conversion, creative, advertising, SEO, catalog, operations, analytics, and related services. Website content is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Submitting a form, receiving a reply, or attending an initial discussion does not create a client relationship, obligation to provide services, exclusivity, or guarantee of availability. Any engagement begins only through a separately accepted proposal, statement of work, or client agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Amazon and third-party platforms

Selliqa is an independent service provider and is not Amazon, endorsed by Amazon, or able to control Amazon’s systems, policies, algorithms, enforcement, fees, availability, or decisions. Amazon names and marks belong to their respective owners. Clients and visitors remain responsible for complying with marketplace rules and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site’s branding, layouts, copy, graphics, methods, code, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Selliqa and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, frame, distribute, remove notices from, or create derivative works from the site without written permission, except where law expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with the site, security controls, servers, or other users.
  • Do not introduce malware, abusive automation, excessive requests, or deceptive data.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or vulnerability exploitation.
  • Do not use the site to violate law, third-party rights, or marketplace policies.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or business.

Information you submit

You confirm that information submitted through the site is accurate, lawful to share, and does not contain unnecessary sensitive data or third-party confidential information. You authorize Selliqa to use the submission to respond, evaluate fit, prevent abuse, and take requested pre-contract steps as described in the Privacy Notice.

Case studies and performance information

Case studies, testimonials, aggregates, and performance figures describe particular or recent work and are provided for context. They do not promise the same result for another account. Outcomes vary with category, offer, traffic quality, competition, inventory, pricing, account maturity, platform changes, execution, and other conditions outside Selliqa’s control.

Third-party sites

The site may reference Amazon listings, client sites, research, scheduling tools, or other third-party services. Those services control their own content, availability, security, privacy, and terms. A reference does not imply endorsement, and Selliqa is not responsible for third-party changes or losses caused by their use.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any specific commercial result. We aim for accurate information but do not promise that every item is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selliqa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use this public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Availability, changes, and severability

We may change, suspend, or withdraw website content or access without notice. We may update these Terms, and the date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. No governing-law or exclusive-venue clause is selected in these website Terms.
